Angela - Community Partner, Carmarthen North
Angela is the community partner for Mencap in Carmarthenshire North.
She support peoples with Learning Disabilities or who may be Neurodiverse.
Her role is to assist individuals and families with advice, support, and guidance Guidance means being given clear instructions to be able to do something well. , to enable greater personal well-being and lead healthier lives within their communities.
Antonia - Community Partner, Llanelli
Antonia works in and around the Llanelli area helping to connect citizens to their local community.
She has been with Mencap Cymru for over 10 years and takes pride in getting to know each person as an individual.
She believes that every person has the right to access their community and to feel valued.
Zara - Community Partner, Gwendraeth

Melissa - Community Partner, Amman Valley
Hello, my names Melissa (Mel) I've been working for Mencap for a number of years now and recently become the Community Partner for the Amman Valley area. I've lived in the area my entire life and have been involved Involved is being included in something or taking part in something. in a number of LD clubs since a very young age as my sister has an LD herself. I love the area and hopefully can help other people to love and access it as much as I do.
