The Wales Learning Disability Helpline is funded by Welsh Government and is open 9am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, including Bank Holidays.

We have three regional caseworkers covering different parts of Wales. Change is possible
We don't just support people for the here and now - we believe that future change is possible for people with a learning disability in Wales.
We campaign A campaign is when people work together to try to change something. for change by lobbying the Welsh Government, National Assembly for Wales and local councils to make sure people with a learning disabiltiy can live the lives they choose.
We also work with schools, the police and hospitals to raise awareness and understanding about learning disability issues.
