Whether you're a person with a learning disability , a family member or friend, we can give you the information you need to understand the rights of people with a learning disability and support them to access services or challenge decisions.

Our bilingual helpline is open from 9am to 5pm every weekday, and 10am to 4pm on the weekends and bank holidays. The helpline is free, and can offer advice and information in Welsh and English.
