Our bilingual helpline is open from 9am to 5pm every weekday and on bank holidays. The helpline is free, and can offer advice and information in Welsh and English.

Angela O'Callaghan - Regional Caseworker
Angela has worked for Mencap Cymru for over 30 years. She specialises in child protection and parents with autistic spectrum disorder and acquiring information on a variety of subjects through working with Cardiff

Rhodri Dixon - Regional Caseworker
Rhodri joined Mencap in May 2020. He specialises in employability and immigration issues and regularly travels around his patch to attend events with his volunteers.
Rhodri enjoys spending time with his family and his pooches and sampling foods including the cuisine of the Mediterranean.
Monthly Virtual Coffee Mornings
At 10.30 am on the first Friday of each month, the team hold a virtual coffee morning for anyone who wants to chat about things going on in their life, or for people who would like a little company.
